Browse accommodations or tours, select your preferred option, choose your dates and number of guests,
then proceed to checkout. You'll receive instant confirmation via email once payment is processed.
Do I need to create an account to book?
While you can browse without an account, creating one allows you to track bookings, save favorites,
leave reviews, and enjoy faster checkout on future bookings.
How far in advance should I book?
For best availability, we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak
season (October-April). Popular hotels and tours can fill up quickly.
Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Yes! You'll receive an immediate email confirmation with your booking reference number, accommodation/tour
details, and all relevant information. Keep this email for your records.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and secure online
payment methods through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Are prices shown in Egyptian Pounds or USD?
Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). International visitors can pay with their credit cards,
and the amount will be converted to their home currency by their bank.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden booking fees, service charges, or surprise costs.
We believe in transparent pricing.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged immediately upon booking confirmation. For some accommodations and tours,
you may have the option to pay a deposit or the full amount at the property.
Do you offer best price guarantee?
Yes! We work directly with hotels and tour operators to offer competitive rates. If you find a lower
price for the same accommodation or tour within 24 hours of booking, contact us for a refund of the difference.
Cancellation & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by accommodation and tour. Most offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours
before check-in/tour date. Always check the specific cancellation terms before booking.
How do I cancel my booking?
Log into your account, go to "My Bookings," select the booking you wish to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking."
Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation. Confirmation will be sent via email.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation approval. The funds will be returned
to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Can I modify my booking instead of cancelling?
Yes! Many accommodations and tours allow date changes. Contact us through your booking page, and we'll
help you modify your reservation based on availability.

We personally inspect every property and meet with tour operators. We verify licenses, check facilities,
read reviews, and ensure compliance with safety standards before listing on our platform.
Is my payment information secure?

processor. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
What if I encounter problems during my stay/tour?

Visa & Travel Requirements
Do I need a visa to visit Egypt?
Most nationalities require a visa. Many can obtain e-visa online before travel or visa-on-arrival at
Egyptian airports. Check your country's specific requirements before booking.
What documents do I need to bring?
Valid passport (6 months validity), visa, booking confirmations, travel insurance (recommended),

Do I need travel insurance?
