3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• Additional fees may apply based on service provider policies
• Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be clearly stated before booking
• Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policy of each booking
• Cancellation requests must be made through your Egy360 account
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Not engage in fraudulent activities or misuse of the platform

6. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers listed on Egy360 agree to:

• Honor confirmed bookings
• Provide services as described
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Reviews and Content

• Users may post reviews based on their genuine experiences
• Reviews must be honest, respectful, and not contain offensive language
• Egy360 reserves the right to remove inappropriate content
• Fake reviews or attempts to manipulate ratings are prohibited

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Egy360, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Egy360 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Egy360 acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties
• We make no warranties regarding service availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose
• Egy360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Users should obtain appropriate travel insurance

10. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes, users should first contact Egy360 customer support
• We will work to mediate between users and service providers
• Disputes that cannot be resolved will be subject to Egyptian law
